What Happened
On the night of Friday, June 20, 2025, a devastating mob attack unfolded in Mangun Village, Mangu LGA, Plateau State. A passenger bus carrying wedding guests from Zaria lost its way while heading to Qua’an Pan and was attacked by an angry mob. The vehicle was torched, and the passengers were assaulted, resulting in at least 12 confirmed deaths and multiple injuries.
