Former President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday called for electoral reforms at the 80th birthday of Senator Femi Okurounmu and presentation of his memoir, ‘The Dream: Pursuing the black renaisance through the murky waters of Nigerian politics in Lagos. In his speech as chairman of the occassion, Dr. Jonathan said the implementation of the 2014 National Conference Report will also resolve some aspects of the national question.
