The top three positions still remain Germany, Brazil and Portugal while the hosts for the 2018 world cup, Russia, fell to the 64th position.
However, Argentina and Belgium moved up to complete the top five on the FIFA latest rank.
Meanwhile, Nigeria has also dropped to 9th in Africa.
